I am going to teach you how to make free video calls thru our 3G mobile phones using an application
FRING.
First we have to get an internet package from yr network provider. Ok...
Now we have to install the Software
FRING on yr Mobile phone.
To get this software please go from yr mobile

u may find this page over there..
then select download, it will start automatically on yr mobile phone.
It will ask to create yr user name and password on fring and it will ask some formalities.
after giving all those details, it will test yr internet connection & login in yr account. after login u may find yr contacts over there.( Using Fring we can make Sip Calls, Gtalk calls, Yahoo Messenger calls, etc)
(Yr friend whom u want to make video call must install the same software on their mobile (anywhere in the world))
then u have to go option and u may find Manage Buddies option over there which have 3 more choices,
1) Add New Buddy, 2) Friend Finder, 3)Merge Buddies
Now we need to add yr friend to make free video call, so go to the 1st option Add New Buddy and it will show yr contact list
and the right corner u may find other, just select it and it will show to put our friends id, just put yr friends id and Add it,
Request will go to yr friend after yr friend acceptance.. his name will appear on yr list.
Just select the name and press the call key, it wil show 5 options.
1) Fring Call 2) Video call 3) Fringout call 4) Cellular call 5) sip call
FRING CALL
To make free Voice call to yr friend just select it and talk with them unlimited free (only to fring users)
VIDEO CALL
To make free video call to yr friend just select it and talk and see yr friend wherever they are absolutely free.
FRINGOUT CALL
Fring give their own voip providing offer, we have to recharge with them and we can make phone calls to anywhere in
the world using fringout, but we have to pay to get this facility.
CELLULAR CALL
It will use to make calls from yr mobile balance.
SIP CALL
Same like fringout lot and lot voip providers are there to make an international calls in low cost, such as voipdiscount, Rynga, something like these.For Ex If u are an indian and stay outside of india, to make voice calls using Voipdiscount u can make nearly 1350mins calls to indian mobile phones. more details please mail me
